For a new proposal, select a review of a new project. If you already received comments, choose the previous-project review. Use a consultation for an early idea or a question that does not yet need a full review.
Send the form with the service you need and a brief project summary. The team will use your contact details to discuss the request and confirm the appointment; any deliverables or follow-up work are agreed for that project.
Include your name, email, phone number, service choice and the main question you want answered. Drawings or background files can help, but send only material relevant to the enquiry.
You can start with a message if you need guidance, or go straight to the service form when the request is clear. We will review the information and advise how to continue the conversation.
We welcome enquiries from individual owners and residents as well as professional teams and organizations. Describe your role in the project so the response can address the right responsibilities.
A short consultation and a detailed design review need different amounts of preparation. We will estimate the time after checking the scope and documents rather than promise a fixed turnaround for every project.
